We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to support enterprise clients on technical, data, digital, product, and other skills sets. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing and submitting top talent across technology, professional, digital, and creative roles within structured, high-volume environments.
This position operates within a structured, client-driven process that requires a strong sense of urgency. Responsibilities are time-sensitive, with most recruitment expected to be completed within 24–72 hours to meet client deadlines. Success in this role requires the ability to act with urgency, maintain accuracy, and consistently deliver high-quality candidates within tight submission windows.
Source, identify, and submit qualified candidates for technology, professional, digital, and creative roles within enterprise organizations
Execute against active requisitions with a focus on speed, quality, and compliance with client submission requirements
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and efficient coordination
Conduct candidate screenings and assessments via video interviews
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and submission priorities
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adhering to strict, externally driven deadlines
Ensure all required client documentation is completed accurately prior to submission and CRM is updated appropriately following all SOPs and best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within agency, MSP/VMS-driven environments, or within high volume, high paced environments
Experience recruiting across technology, professional, digital, or creative skill sets
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards
Ability to work effectively under tight, externally driven timelines and submission deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active roles
Experience building Boolean searches and proactive sourcing strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (bilingual in French is a plus)
