Law Costs Draftsperson – Remote | Up to £40,000

This established and well-respected firm specialising in personal injury, clinical negligence and litigation is seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join its dedicated in-house costs team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive costing services to the firm
• Collaborate with fee earners on Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply
• Handle negotiations and assessment proceedings
• Prepare detailed statements of costs and costs budgets
• While counsel is typically instructed, advocacy opportunities are available for those with relevant experience

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson
• Proven ability to manage a personal caseload independently
• Experience within personal injury or clinical negligence costs
• Proficiency with CostsMaster software is essential
