What will you be doing?

• Drafting and reviewing loans, leasing, factoring and other financial product agreements with the clients and consultations for the sales team.


• Coordinating pledges, mortgages, and other notarial transactions with notary offices and clients.


• Advising the sales team on various legal issues related to customer projects.


• Drafting and reviewing contracts with service providers, drafting power of attorneys.


• Advising bank management in debt collection processes.


• Answering institutional inquiries, etc.

What will help you succeed?

• 2-3 years work experience in the notary office (preferred) or finance institution.


• Degree in Law.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.


• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).


• Ability to work under pressure.
