We are seeking an experienced NAND Flash Layout Engineer to join our Component Design team, focusing on custom layout design and verification of 3D NAND Flash memory. In this role, you will be responsible for block- and top-level layout planning, full-chip integration, and ensuring robust verification through DRC and LVS signoff. You’ll collaborate closely with circuit designers to translate schematics into high-quality, manufacturable layouts while optimizing for area, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for custom layout design and verification of 3D NAND Flash.
• Top level floor plan layout design, signal connections, and full-chip verification.
• Area estimation of layout blocks, block level layout, and layout verification.
• All layouts and top-level connections include DRC and LVS verification.
• Strong communication and interface with designers.

• At least 7 years of related experience with an associate degree.
• Layout experience of 3D NAND Flash memory is a plus.
• Solid experience with layout editing tools and DRC, LVS verification
• Ability to work independently to solve layout problems.

This is a hybrid position.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $102,120 to $169,020. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
