Accountabilities

Requirements
- 5+ years managing software engineering teams.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
- Experience with cloud-native environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
- Commitment to developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
