In this role, you will oversee both crop protection pricing and marketing execution for the designated Sales Business Unit. Essential to your success will be your ability to lead marketing strategies, collaborate across teams, and provide valuable insights from the field. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and product development to align resources with market opportunities. Your contributions will significantly impact market share and organizational growth, making you a key player in our efforts to redefine agricultural marketing.
Accountabilities
- Lead crop protection pricing execution and discretionary marketing spend management.
- Coordinate marketing program launches and new product deployments.
- Cultivate strategic thought leadership for pricing and cost management.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop programs aligned with Business Unit goals.
- Facilitate effective communication across sales and marketing divisions.
Requirements
- BS/BA in business or agricultural field.
- 10+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in change management and driving organizational priorities.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
