Accountabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in NetSuite, guiding business users and leading ERP projects.
- Coordinate UAT, go-live planning, and ensure readiness for the NetSuite implementation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices.
- Mentor team members and enhance knowledge around NetSuite functionalities.
- Extend the use of NetSuite across the organization, identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in managing NetSuite teams and driving implementations.
- Experience in management roles within IT or Business Systems.
- Proficient in NetSuite certifications: Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite modules and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Exceptional skills in root cause analysis and solution development.
- Excellent communication abilities to manage expectations and document requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management practices.
