Accountabilities
- Lead multiple product engineering teams (~15+ engineers)
- Set and maintain clear roadmaps aligned with Product priorities
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development across teams
- Maintain high engineering standards and issue tracking
- Partner closely with Design and Product teams
- Shape the end-to-end developer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Experience with hiring and scaling teams
- A firm perspective on developer experience and tooling
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and SDK design
- Experience managing remote, global teams
- Excellent communication skills across functions
- Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach
