Job description

A Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) for supporting and maintaining the Delinea Secret Server platform, managing privileged accounts, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring secure access to critical enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Privileged account management: Manage privileged accounts for Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and applications.


• Secret management: Create, update, onboard, and maintain secrets, folders, permissions, and access policies in Delinea Secret Server.


• Access management: Configure Policies, Provision and revoke privileged access based on approved requests and least-privilege principles.


• Production support: Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, problem records, and escalations within defined SLAs.


• Troubleshooting: Resolve authentication failures, access-denied errors, password mismatches, discovery issues, and remote session launch problems.


• Change management: Support patching, upgrades, configuration changes, certificate renewals, and disaster recovery testing.

 Required technical skills

• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.


• Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server / Thycotic Secret Server.


• Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/Unix, and service account management.


• Password changers, password templates, secret permissions, and account discovery.


• Distributed Engine configuration and troubleshooting.


• Incident, problem, change, and request management using ServiceNow or similar tools.


• Basic PowerShell, REST API, networking, and SQL Server connectivity troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and security auditing.
