Accountabilities
- Own product strategy and prioritization across the product portfolio, based on market needs and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and develop the Product Team, providing clear direction and accountability.
- Conduct competitive landscape assessments and win/loss analyses to differentiate our offerings.
- Establish robust user research practices, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles and conducting user interviews.
- Transition from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Collaborate with BD and Marketing to create impactful user-specific materials.
- Work with engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure successful execution.
- Represent product strategy at the executive level and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling product functions in tech companies.
- Expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience balancing technical constraints with user needs.
- Background in crypto and a solid understanding of blockchain technology.
