Yes Communities owns and operates 270+ manufactured housing communities across the U.S. We provide quality, affordable housing and focus on creating welcoming neighborhoods for our residents. Our remote leasing team connects with prospective residents daily to help them find the right home.
We’re hiring a Remote Leasing Specialist to be the first point of contact for future residents.
Role Overview
As a Remote Leasing Specialist, you’ll handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and web leads for multiple properties. Your job is to qualify prospects, answer questions, schedule tours, and guide them through the application process. You’ll work closely with onsite property teams to help keep communities full and deliver a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management: Respond to all inbound inquiries within company SLAs. Qualify prospects based on budget, move-in date, and home preferences
2. Customer Communication: Explain community amenities, home options, pricing, and application steps clearly and professionally over phone, email, and chat
3. Tour Coordination: Schedule self-guided and in-person tours, confirm appointments, and follow up with prospects afterward
4. Application Support: Walk applicants through the online application, document collection, and approval process in Yardi/RealPage
5. Follow-Up & Nurture: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads using CRM tools to improve conversion rates
6. Reporting: Track daily activity, lead status, and conversion metrics for assigned properties
What We’re Looking For
- Entry Level
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with CRMs, property management software, and Microsoft/Google Workspace
- Sales-minded with a consultative approach - you listen first, then match solutions to needs
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple properties and leads at once
- Comfortable working to individual and team occupancy goals
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace required
