**Key Responsibilities:**

**Leasing Management**:

Act as the primary contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with a seamless, upscale approach. Provide property tours that highlight the beauty and exclusivity of our community.

- **Resident Relations**: Ensure current residents enjoy an exceptional living experience by delivering white-glove service and addressing concerns or requests promptly with genuine care.

**Social Media Marketing**:

Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy to engage potential residents and enhance Riverworks' online presence. Showcase the luxurious lifestyle and vibrant community through visually stunning and engaging content.

**Event Planning & Hosting**:

Organize and host exclusive resident events that foster community spirit and enrich the resident experience. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, curate memorable experiences that reflect the luxury Riverworks represents.
