Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

This senior LCSW-C role focuses on advanced clinical practice and team support. You will manage a steady telehealth caseload while helping maintain treatment quality through documentation review and clinical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy services to adult clients
• Perform clinical assessments and progress evaluations
• Support associate clinicians through consultation and review
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Follow Maryland social work standards and ethics

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Strong clinical judgment and organization skills
• Interest in leadership and quality-focused care
