At Prodigy Psychiatric Group, our mission is simple: bringing dedicated professionals together to support patients seeking mental health care. We provide world-class services for individuals aged 6 to 60, allowing our team members to focus on clinical care without the burden of administrative tasks.
 
 
Due to increasing demand, we are looking for compassionate therapists to join our growing team in San Jose, California. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, this is a great opportunity to work in a flexible, supportive environment.
If you are an experienced Therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! 


 Responsibilities 

  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients to help manage mental health concerns

  • Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients

  • Educate clients and their families on treatment plans

  • Refer clients to additional services when necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality and complete concise documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians and other team members on treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field


  • Unrestricted License to practice in California (Required)

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is a bonus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
