Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team as needed

• Active and unrestricted California LMFT license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus
