Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services. This role is ideal for a compassionate, self-motivated clinician who is comfortable working independently while still being part of a collaborative virtual team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual, family, or group therapy
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and case consultations
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with ethical and legal standards
  

• Active LCSW license in California
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Prior experience providing therapy, ideally via telehealth
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and private space for virtual sessions
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
