Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Comply with state and federal regulations and ethical guidelines

• Active LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Dedication to delivering client-centered care
