Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support for mental health and emotional issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Adhere to state and federal ethical guidelines for licensed professionals

• Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in telehealth counseling (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A commitment to high-quality client care and professional integrity
