Licensed Clinical Social Worker – California

Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As an LCSW, you’ll provide counseling and support to individuals in California through remote sessions. Your role is to help clients navigate personal and social challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and access resources that improve daily functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy and counseling sessions.
• Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Connect clients with community resources as needed.
• Maintain records and compliance standards.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

• LCSW license active in California.
• MSW degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in counseling, care planning, or case management.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and practices.

• Monday–Friday hours with evenings and weekends off.
