Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Fully Remote Role in New Mexico

We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote team serving clients across New Mexico. If you enjoy focused, client-first care without the office commute, you’ll feel right at home here.

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Telehealth
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Pay: $100,000–$120,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

In This Role, You Will:

• Hold virtual sessions to assess and assist individuals in need
• Develop care plans with clear steps and consistent follow-up
• Coordinate with community providers and internal teammates
• Keep digital records that support seamless service delivery

• MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
• A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
• Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
• Strong communication and case documentation skills
