Location: Utica, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote mental health services to clients across New York. This role involves a mix of assessment, ongoing therapy, and coordination with other care providers. You will work from a home office, follow a predictable schedule, and support clients through structured virtual sessions focused on symptom management and real-life problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, including risk and safety screenings.
• Deliver individual therapy and, when appropriate, family-based sessions via telehealth.
• Develop treatment plans with clear goals and review them regularly with clients.
• Document all clinical contacts, interventions, and care coordination in the EHR.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
• Participate in supervision or consultation as needed to support high-quality services.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental/behavioral health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
