Location: New Rochelle, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring an LCSW to deliver remote behavioral health services to a diverse caseload of adults and families. Your role centers on practical, goal-focused therapy: completing intakes, identifying client needs, creating clear treatment plans, and providing ongoing support through scheduled virtual sessions. You will help clients manage symptoms, improve functioning, and connect with resources that support their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations via telehealth.
• Provide short-term and longer-term psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with each client.
• Document all sessions, interventions, and care coordination activities in the EHR.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to support continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement efforts.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental/behavioral health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.
