Location: Irving, TX
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Texas. Your work will center on assessment, ongoing sessions, and treatment planning with clear documentation standards and reliable support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure video
• Conduct intake evaluations and diagnostic impressions
• Create and update treatment plans based on progress
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
• Join clinical meetings, consults, and trainings
• Support clinical review tasks when assigned (case discussion, documentation checks)

• Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and time management
