Location: Smyrna, TN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to Tennessee clients through structured sessions and focused care planning. This role suits clinicians who like predictable hours and clear clinical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Maintain treatment plans and update them based on progress
• Document sessions promptly in the EMR
• Participate in consults, case reviews, and trainings
• Support clinical leadership tasks as assigned (review support, case guidance)

• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written documentation skills
