Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Long Beach, CA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy through secure video sessions for clients across California. You’ll handle intakes, ongoing sessions, and documentation with a consistent weekday rhythm and a steady referral flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete intakes, diagnostic impressions, and treatment planning
• Track progress and adjust treatment direction when needed
• Document sessions in the EMR within required timeframes
• Support quality review work: chart checks, care plan alignment, and case discussion
• Provide clinical guidance to team members when assigned (consults, feedback, escalations)

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field
• Strong assessment + documentation skills
• Comfortable working fully remote with a structured schedule
