Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Tucson, AZ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re seeking an Arizona-licensed therapist who wants a predictable weekday schedule and fully remote sessions. You’ll work with clients across the state through video visits, keeping care structured and documentation clean. The day-to-day is straightforward: sessions, assessments, notes, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intakes, document diagnoses/clinical impressions, and set treatment goals
• Update treatment plans and progress notes in the EMR
• Follow risk screening and escalation procedures
• Join virtual consults and team check-ins
• Assist with clinical support tasks as assigned (case guidance, documentation review)

• Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and an EMR
