Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re hiring an Indiana-licensed therapist for a full-time telehealth role serving clients statewide. You’ll complete assessments, deliver ongoing therapy sessions, and keep treatment plans moving in the right direction. This position is a good match for clinicians who value structure and clear documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create treatment plans and update goals as needed
• Maintain timely EMR notes
• Participate in consults and case discussions
• Provide clinical support tasks as assigned (case review, documentation feedback)

• Active Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written communication
