Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy and clinical support through a secure telehealth platform. This position focuses on assessment, care planning, and ongoing treatment delivery. The role offers predictable hours and a clearly defined scope of work, supporting clinicians who value structure and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Track outcomes and update documentation
• Collaborate with clinical teams when needed
• Maintain compliance with professional standards

• Active North Carolina LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in mental health or outpatient care
• Familiarity with telehealth and EHR systems
• Strong communication and time management skills
