Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Provide direct mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home. This role involves assessing needs, delivering therapy, and guiding individuals through challenges that impact their daily functioning. You’ll work within a structured system designed to support both clinicians and clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions through a virtual platform
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and update plans accordingly
• Maintain organized clinical records
• Follow all regulatory and ethical guidelines

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
