Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Full-Time Remote LICSW – Make an Impact from Anywhere

Work remotely while making a difference for individuals and families across Washington. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical support in a flexible, virtual setting.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
• Design and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Engage with a remote team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain clear and confidential documentation

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW license in Washington
• At least two years of post-licensure experience
• Experience in diagnostic evaluations and treatment development
• Strong commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
