Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-time Remote Position

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
• Develop and oversee personalized treatment strategies
• Engage with a collaborative remote team to optimize client care
• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Valid LICSW license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice
• Expertise in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
