Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Massachusetts

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed independent clinician to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Massachusetts. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy within a structured remote model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Adhere to Massachusetts licensing and clinical standards

• Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Proficiency with EHR documentation
