Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Minnesota

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Minnesota. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a structured remote workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and establish treatment plans
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Follow Minnesota licensing and clinical standards

• Active Minnesota LICSW, LMFT or LPCC license
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• EHR proficiency
