Location: Hybrid – Remote with Occasional In-Office Work (Must work in Pacific Time Zone)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission Opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Sales Focus: Make outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and close sales to hit key sales metrics.

Lead Conversion: Work with provided leads to generate auto, home, and other insurance policies.

Client Support: Handle light service work to maintain exceptional client relationships.

Team Collaboration: Stay connected live on Zoom throughout the day for support, coaching, and camaraderie to drive sales success.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License.

Sales-Savvy: Comfortable making outbound calls and turning prospects into clients.

Time Zone Flexibility: Available to work during Pacific Time Zone hours.

Remote Work Setup: Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a dedicated, closed-door office for remote work.

Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, live work environment on Zoom and in-office.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated by commission opportunities and meeting sales targets
