Job Description - Licensed Life Insurance Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations
  • Educate clients on available products including term, whole life, final expense, and mortgage protection

  • Follow up with leads provided through our in-house marketing 

  • Maintain active communication and excellent service throughout the client relationship
  • Submit applications accurately and in compliance with underwriting guidelines
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Life Insurance License (required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently or in a team environment

  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required
