Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring an LMFT to serve as a remote clinical supervisor focused on couples and family services. In this role, you will guide therapists who work with relationship stress, parenting challenges, and family systems, while still maintaining your own, smaller telehealth caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide video-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Oversee the clinical work of therapists, offering supervision and structured feedback.
• Support therapists in developing treatment plans and tracking client progress.
• Review charts and documentation to ensure that clinical and regulatory standards are met.
• Assist with scheduling, case assignments, and workflow to support smooth operations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care.
• Help identify training needs and suggest topics for ongoing clinical education.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or senior clinician role preferred.
• Strong background in telehealth or willingness to work entirely remotely.
• Comfortable providing feedback, supporting newer clinicians, and upholding clinical standards.
