Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
• Comfortable with digital platforms and HIPAA-compliant software
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
