Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $80k to $90K a year  + benefits

Job Duties:

• Provide teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed

• Active LMFT license in the state of Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
