Salary: $115,000.00 - $120,000 per year + benefits 

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
• Participate in case consultations and trainings (optional)

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Prior clinical experience in a mental health setting (telehealth experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
