Job Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions addressing mental health and relationship concerns.
• Conduct in-depth client evaluations to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for behavioral and emotional support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Work alongside clinical teams to provide well-rounded patient care.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in California.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning expertise.
