Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. You’ll work with couples, families, and individuals to resolve conflict, strengthen communication, and improve daily mental health — all from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Host virtual therapy sessions.
• Develop structured treatment plans.
• Monitor client outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Document session notes securely.
• Participate in team case discussions.

• Licensed LMFT in New York.
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• Prior telehealth or outpatient experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and EHR systems.
