Remote Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time in NY

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring LMFTs to deliver virtual care across New York. You’ll guide clients through stress, family conflict, and mental health challenges while maintaining clear treatment outcomes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals and families.
• Complete assessments and create tailored care plans.
• Document client interactions in compliance with regulations.
• Provide education and coping strategies.
• Work closely with a remote team.

• Active LMFT license in New York.
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
• 2 years of experience in counseling preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently.
