Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist – California

Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you’ll provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your work will focus on addressing mental health needs, improving communication, and supporting clients through life’s challenges all from the convenience of a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Keep accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other professionals when needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Active LMFT license in California.
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
