Telehealth Marriage & Family Therapist – Full-Time Role

Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This role allows you to support individuals, couples, and families across California through secure telehealth sessions. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you’ll help clients manage stress, navigate transitions, and strengthen relationships while maintaining work-life balance in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy via secure video platforms.
• Guide clients through treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Record and maintain accurate client documentation.
• Consult with peers to ensure quality of care.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress.

• LMFT license active in California.
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Experience delivering telehealth services preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.

• No weekend or evening shifts.
