Location: Greensboro, NC
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide structured, client-centered telehealth therapy to individuals across North Carolina. You’ll handle intakes, ongoing sessions, and documentation within a clear framework supported by a remote clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations online
• Deliver recurring teletherapy sessions to a steady caseload
• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable objectives
• Maintain detailed records and comply with documentation standards
• Join regular virtual staff and clinical meetings

• Active North Carolina license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
• Comfortable working independently within a remote team model
