Location: Border Hill, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via telehealth to clients across New Mexico. You’ll support individuals through assessment, planning, and ongoing sessions, all within a clear and organized structure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, including diagnostic impressions, by video
• Offer consistent, scheduled therapy sessions
• Build treatment plans with clear, shared expectations
• Document clinical contacts and progress in the EMR
• Join remote clinical meetings and trainings
• Offer insight to help refine client pathways and telehealth processes

• Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Therapy experience with adults and/or adolescents
• Confident with telehealth technology and remote communication
