Location: Concord, NC
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy through telehealth sessions to clients across North Carolina. You’ll focus on assessments, structured care plans, and reliable follow-through in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions via video
• Complete assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create, monitor, and update treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and compliance requirements
• Join consults, trainings, and case reviews
• Support clinical guidance tasks as assigned (feedback, review, escalation support)

• Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and communication
