Location: Henderson, KY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy by video to Kentucky clients with a consistent weekday schedule. The role emphasizes strong assessment skills, clear plans, and reliable documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
• Document diagnoses and treatment direction in the EMR
• Build care plans with practical steps and regular progress checks
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Support quality review tasks when assigned (documentation checks, feedback support)
• Coordinate care and referrals when needed

• Active Kentucky license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with remote-only practice
