Location: Lynn, MA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
A full-time telehealth role for a Massachusetts-licensed clinician who wants consistent sessions, clear expectations, and organized clinical workflow—without leaving home.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and care plans
• Document progress notes and treatment updates in the EMR
• Identify risk concerns and follow escalation guidelines
• Participate in peer consults and review meetings
• Support clinical oversight tasks when needed (chart review, feedback, coaching)

• Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist
• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with virtual-only care delivery
