Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide secure video therapy to Texas clients. This role emphasizes solid assessment skills, clear treatment planning, and reliable documentation while working within a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic notes
• Build treatment plans that support measurable change
• Maintain timely EMR documentation
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Follow risk screening and escalation policies

• Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in a mental health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EMR documentation
